About Lori

Lori understands that life is hard and often complicated.  She knows therapy can be scary, even intimidating.  Her own life experiences, education and training give Lori the empathy, compassion and insight needed to help you navigate life’s challenges.  She excels at understanding different perspectives while supporting you on your path to hope and healing.

Lori completed her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University.  She completed her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Utah Valley University (UVU), where she has also been an employee for more than 21 years.

In her spare time, Lori loves spending time with her 5 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, 10 grandchildren and her parents.  She enjoys baking and cooking; bread is her specialty.  She likes to garden, read, exercise and enjoys traveling when she can.
