Mary is described by Dr. Redd as having three striking qualities that facilitate her therapeutic effectiveness:
These qualities, rarely cultivated in a classroom, are innate to Mary’s warm and welcoming nature.
Mary works with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship disconnection, compulsive sexual behavior, gender issues, and betrayal trauma. Her desire is for each person to experience genuine inner peace, hope, emotional security, and resilience. Mary believes that difficult life experiences and circumstances do not define a person, but rather can help transform them into becoming a better version of themselves.
Mary completed her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, following a Bachelor of Science in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University. Mary’s favorites include family time, service, healthy food, gardening, reading, and exercising. Mary and her husband have been married for over 20 years and their 5 children range from elementary to college-age.
